Are there any restrictions on what I can dispose of in the dumpster?

A.

You can dispose of anything except for tires, wet paint, hazardous/toxic wastes and chemicals. No refrigerators, freezers, or anything with freon in it unless it has been red-tagged out by a certified professional. Please read our terms and conditions for more clarification.

How many times can I have the dumpster emptied during my rental?

A.

The rental charge includes a one-time fill up. If you need another dumpster, you are responsible for the cost of another rental.

Q.

Can I fill over the top of the dumpster?

A.

NO! Please do not fill over the top of the dumpster. This ensures that we can safely tarp and transport the load.

Q.

Do I have to be on-site for delivery/pickup?

A.

If you explain and/or mark where you want the dumpster placed and pay ahead via credit card, there is no need for you to be there. Nobody needs to be on-site for pickup, as long as there is a clear path for our truck.

When and how do I pay for the dumpster?

A.

The preferred method of payment is via Credit Card on our online order form. Otherwise the payment is due upon delivery. We accept Cash, Checks, and all major Credit Cards.

How long does it take to get a dumpster?

A.

A lot of times we can do same-day delivery, but usually within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons wait time may be longer. Advance ordering is always best to ensure delivery when you need it!

Q.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway?

A.

We strive our best to protect your concrete or asphalt driveway by putting boards under the dumpster. However, we can’t 100% guarantee that no damage is incurred depending on the site layout and where the customer requests the dumpster to be placed. Even with boards, a heavy dumpster may still slightly sink into asphalt on a hot day.

Q.

Does the dumpster have to go in my driveway?

A.

It is preferable to place the dumpster on a hard, level surface. However we can place it in the yard at our driver’s discretion. Be aware that during some seasons this may not be possible, and we are not responsible for any ruts or damage to yard.

Q.

Does the dumpster have a door?

A.

Yes, every dumpster has a door in the back to make for easy loading of heavy items. The door needs 8 feet of clear space to open fully. When opened, it is about an 8 inch step up into the dumpster.
